Care Guides

Care, placement and storage guide for canvas art finished with ArtResin

To clean:  Use a soft microfiber cloth to gently dust; avoid using pressure.  If necessary, clean with glass cleaner and a soft cloth; avoid the use of anything abrasive.

Placement: Avoid direct sunlight and UV rays.  ArtResin contains UV stabilizers to help prolong clarity and protect from UV exposure, however purposely placing your artwork in direct sunlight can cause yellowing over time.

Storage: Your acrylic art finished with ArtResin should be stored in a climate-controlled environment, ideally between 50-100 degrees Fahrenheit.  The front of the piece should not be pressed against anything or impressions and scratches may result.

Your piece finished with ArtResin should never freeze; this can cause cracking or delamination in the resin and freezing can damage cured acrylic paint as well.

ArtResin is heat resistant up to 120F.  ArtResin may soften temporarily in high heats so do not store your art in a hot car or attic, or near a source of heat.

Care guide for acrylic wearable art

Wash with mild dish soap and water and pat dry with a soft microfiber towel.  Plastic and resin scratch easily, so take care that your jewelry is not rubbing against anything in storage.

Do not soak your wearable art in water or leave wet for an extended time as the sealant and glues may become compromised.
